Manage Knowledge Base Administrators
Assign administrators separately for each Enterprise Knowledge Base so the people familiar with its subject matter can maintain it. Add users or user groups in the Administrators section when creating or editing a Knowledge Base. Selecting a user group grants management permission to its members and members of its child groups. The Creator is labeled Creator, permanently retains management rights, and cannot be removed.
The Admin Console lists only Knowledge Bases you can manage. Super Administrators can see all Enterprise Knowledge Bases in the tenant. The built-in WinNexo Help Documentation base is visible to all Admin Console users but remains read-only. Users with Knowledge Base Management permission can still create bases, but can manage only those they created or were authorized to manage.
Management rights do not determine user-facing visibility, which still follows the configured visibility scope. Approvals also follow the administrator assignments: Pending Approval lists only submissions to bases you administer. Personal submissions bypass approval only if the submitter is an administrator of the target base. The user-facing Shared by Me list shows the target base's approvers so submitters know whom to contact.
