Modify Data in a Chat
Digital Workers can add, modify, or delete business data according to your instructions. The system does not write changes immediately; it first shows a data-change preview and waits for your confirmation.
Confirm a Change
- Specify the object, field, scope, and target value to change.
- Check the number of objects, before-and-after content, and any failure messages in the preview.
- Execute after confirming everything is correct. If the content is wrong, cancel and restate the requirement.
Batch modifications and deletions are highlighted in the preview. Do not rely only on the natural-language summary; verify the actual data changes item by item. Execution still depends on the current account’s permissions for the relevant objects and fields. Starting the operation through a chat does not bypass access controls.
