IM Capability Comparison
You are about to connect Digital Workers to the IM your team uses every day. DingTalk, Ali DingTalk, Feishu, and WeCom each open up a different set of APIs, so the same capability does not behave identically across channels.
WinNexo offers the same capability set on all four IM channels: channel conversations, knowledge base collection, and app connections. What is actually available depends on how many APIs the IM platform exposes and which business domains its official CLI covers.
For the integration steps, see Channels. For bot credential configuration, see Platform Management. For WeCom session archive collection, see Collectors.
Capability Overview
The support status of the three capability groups across the four channels is listed below, with each cell noting the channel's limits and prerequisites. Select "Channel conversation" for the item-by-item conversation differences, or "App connection" for the business domains each channel's CLI covers.

Channel Conversation Differences
Channel conversations run in two directions: users send messages to WinNexo from the IM side, and WinNexo pushes results back to the IM side. The channel differences for each direction are listed below.
Inbound: Users Send Messages from the IM Side
All four channels accept six message types in both 1:1 and group chats: text, image, voice, video, file, and rich text.
