Users
The Users section manages organization members, groups, property definitions, and each member's property values. User properties also affect row-level permissions, so keep their sources and meanings consistent.
Permissions
Set access boundaries for data scope, semantic definitions, and Admin Console features.
IM System
The IM System centrally manages collaboration space bots and position-specific direct-message bots. Administrators configure tenant-level bots, then spaces or individuals complete pairing.
Usage
The Usage section shows the organization's Credit balance, consumption details, and member quotas. Administrators can trace consumption and assign periodic member limits.
Data Sources
Data source configuration connects WinNexo to enterprise databases or object storage. Connections must be validated and authorized before Object Graphs and other data capabilities can use them.
Data Connectors
Data Connectors continuously synchronize external conversations, such as WeCom messages, into WinNexo for knowledge and business use. Unlike data source connections, they require separate management of synchronization status, retries, and visibility.
Announcements
The Announcement Center publishes information organization members need to know. Administrators control content, active periods, and visibility.
Issue Diagnosis
Issue Diagnosis uses a Trace ID to investigate response timing, tool calls, and model interactions. It diagnoses issues without modifying the original conversation.
All Records
All Records lets authorized administrators search organization conversations and execution records for auditing and troubleshooting. Access remains subject to roles and Data Permissions.
