Manage Members
The member management page lists all users who have entered WinNexo:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Username | Display name, up to 10 characters |
| Account ID | Alibaba Cloud primary account / RAM / BUC / WINNEXO local / AgentOne |
| Account Type | The member's account system |
| Join Date | First entry into the system |
| Last Login | Most recent activity |
| User Role | See Role Feature Permissions below |
| User Status | Enabled / Disabled |
Search by username, account ID, or name, and filter by User Role and User Status. A Linked Account Type filter also appears when the tenant has multiple login methods.
Row operations include edit, enable/disable, and delete, all requiring member management permission. Only a super administrator can operate on their own super administrator account. Disabling retains data but prevents login. In Alibaba Cloud public cloud, deleting a primary account member removes access to the current tenant without deleting the Alibaba Cloud primary account.
Delete Members and Hand Over Responsibilities
Before deletion, preserve needed personal content and check the responsibility handover. Deleting a member revokes tenant access and permanently removes personal data, private automation tasks, and private free exploration work items across spaces. Personal data includes personal tasks and resources, personal Skills and drafts, PPT templates, personal app credentials, and IM direct-message bot pairings. Remaining work items, to-dos, template configurations, and automation tasks transfer by default to the appropriate space creator or work item owner.
If the deleted member is a space creator, an active space administrator takes over first; otherwise, an active member takes over. Within the same priority, the user with the smallest user ID is selected, excluding members in the current deletion batch.
A space with no remaining members is dissolved. Its resources, Outputs, collection tasks, and automation tasks are removed, and running tasks stop. The system prevents deletion of the last active super administrator.
For receiving responsibilities and handling failures, see Handle Transfers and Exceptions. The tenant member page shows only failures involving space creator succession and distributed tasks. Other internal space responsibilities are handled in the space. Automatic system rule items only support retries; distributed tasks can be transferred to another active super administrator.
Synchronize AgentOne Accounts
With AgentOne login, synchronize accounts in bulk from the member page. The list supports pagination, search, additional filters, and selections across pages. Assign roles and user groups before submitting. Results distinguish successful, skipped, and failed accounts. Existing accounts are not created again.
Add Accounts in Alibaba Cloud Public Cloud
This section applies to public cloud tenants using Alibaba Cloud login. With member management permission, open Add Alibaba Cloud Account from the member page and select an account type.
| Tab | Operation |
|---|---|
| RAM Sub-accounts | Read RAM sub-accounts under the current login's primary account, select accounts, configure roles and user groups, and click Add as Members. |
| Other Primary Accounts | Enter a primary account UID, optionally add an alias, configure roles and user groups, and click Add Primary Account to make it a tenant member. |
Adding another primary account does not automatically import its RAM sub-accounts. First sign in to the current tenant as that primary account or one of its sub-accounts, then read and add accounts from the RAM Sub-accounts tab. The current primary account cannot read across accounts.
If the current Alibaba Cloud identity cannot be confirmed, re-enter WinNexo from the Alibaba Cloud console and retry. Primary accounts that are already tenant members retain their roles and user groups.
