Permissions
Permission groups separately control data rows, data columns, semantic definitions, and Admin Console features. Define the authorization subjects and business scope first, then choose the corresponding permission layer instead of substituting feature permissions for Data Permissions.
Recommended Workflow
- Row Level
Control the visible record scope using user attributes and business conditions.
- Column Level
Hide sensitive attributes in objects or Analysis Views by audience.
- Semantic
Control who can view or modify semantic definitions and object attributes.
- Configure Role Feature Permissions
Control Admin Console feature entries with system or custom roles.
