Associated positions: check usage before deleting

Each Knowledge Base has an "Associated Positions (N)" entry listing its linked positions. Check it before deletion to avoid affecting active business use.

If positions depend on the base, deletion shows a prominent warning: "The following N positions depend on this Knowledge Base." Confirm before continuing.

In Knowledge Base details, select an individual item or an entire category directory and click "Add to Chat" to include it as context in the current conversation. The position prioritizes these materials when answering, making this useful for questions about specific resources.
