Review Changes and Publish

Review Pending Changes

Open Validate and Publish in the current ontology. Review Changed Item, Type, Change Operation, Mapping Status, and Last Validation Result. Open Change Details to compare definitions before and after the changes and review operation records. Confirm that changes match the intended business scope.

Complete any required data mappings first. Unmapped items cannot be selected directly for publication. Return to Data Mapping to resolve them, then review again.

Validate and Publish

Select the changes to publish and click Validate and Publish. Resolve failed checks before confirming publication. Saving drafts and adopting candidates do not directly update published definitions.

After publication, select a published version in the ontology version selector to view it. Switch to Draft Pending Publication to continue editing.
