Login And Tenant Access
“Login Method Management” centrally manages system login methods and their tenant authorizations. The list shows Name, Description, Login Method, Status, and Authorized Tenants. Drag items to reorder them—the order determines how entries appear on the login page.
Every login method supports editing, enabling or disabling, deletion, and “Authorization Configuration.” Select the tenants that can use the method to create many-to-many authorization between tenants and login methods.
Login methods that support account sync (such as WeCom) provide two additional actions: “Sync Accounts” selects members by organization structure or tag and imports them to the platform in batches, while “View Sync Records” shows the status and success or failure counts of previous syncs. Methods that do not support sync, such as SAML and OAuth2, do not provide these actions.
When adding a login method, first choose its login method type, then enter its name, description, icon URL, and other information. Required parameters differ by type and are described below.
