Publish System Announcements

Use system announcements to publish operations or service information to one or more tenants. Before publishing, confirm the target tenants, effective period, and content to avoid sending internal operations information to unrelated tenants.

Announcements stop appearing when they expire. To end one early, disable it in the Announcement Center instead of changing its historical content.
