Manage Licensing and Billing

The licensing overview shows Instance APP_ID, Version, Status, Expiration Date, Licensed Users, Remaining Days, Total Credit, and Concurrency, so you can check remaining resources and expiration at a glance. Click Upload License in the upper right to import a new license file.

Allocate purchased packages to extension tenants

Create the extension tenant before allocating a purchased package; otherwise, the package remains pending allocation. Extension tenants include no Credit by default, so allocate a Credit package during delivery through Tenant Resource Allocation.

Extension-tenant packages can expire on different dates from the main software package. Check each package's expiration before renewal to prevent some tenants from expiring earlier.
