Purchase WinNexo Products with a RAM Account
To protect account funds, Alibaba Cloud now applies permission controls to product purchases by RAM accounts.
Purchase Requirements

Grant Purchase Permission to a RAM Account
If a RAM account reports that it lacks purchase permission when buying a WinNexo product, the associated primary Alibaba Cloud account must grant the required permission in the RAM console.
1. Open RAM User Management
Sign in to the Alibaba Cloud console with the primary account, go to “RAM Access Control > Users,” and find the RAM user that needs purchase permission.
2. Grant Permission to the RAM User
Open the target RAM user’s details, then click “Grant Permission” under “Permission Management.”
3. Grant the Required Purchase Permission
On the Grant Permission page, search for and grant either of the following permission policies:
AliyunWinNexoFullAccessAliyunBSSOrderAccess
After authorization, the RAM account can return to the WinNexo product purchase page and complete the purchase.
Existing Customer Accounts
For enterprise accounts that purchased WinNexo products previously, the system has already handled purchase permissions. RAM accounts under that primary account can continue purchasing WinNexo products without configuring the permission again.

Why Could the RAM Account Purchase Before but Cannot Now?
Since late August 2026, Alibaba Cloud has changed the product-purchase permission rules for RAM accounts. RAM accounts now need the corresponding purchase permission before they can buy products. To continue purchasing with a RAM account, contact the administrator of your enterprise’s primary Alibaba Cloud account to configure the permission.
