Manage Enterprise Task Templates
Enterprise task templates let members reuse configurations for similar automated tasks. Save Digital Workers, task details, model settings, and web search settings in a template to reduce repeated configuration.
Management and Usage Permissions
Managing templates requires "Enterprise Template Management" permission. You can manage and use only templates for Digital Workers you are authorized to use.
Create a Template
In "Task Templates", click "Create Template", enter a name, select one Digital Worker, and write the task details. Configure the model and web search as needed.
Task details can reference the following content. Personal knowledge and Outputs cannot be referenced:
| Referenceable content | Scope |
|---|---|
| Enterprise knowledge | Enterprise knowledge you are authorized to use. |
| Skills | Position-specific or public enterprise Skills. |
| App connections | Position or enterprise app connections. |
If similar tasks need to process different objects, select "Object Parameter" in "Add Context" and add parameters from object types associated with the Digital Worker. For example, add a customer parameter to a customer analysis template, then select the customer when creating the task.
Click "Save Template" when you finish.
Create a Task from a Template
Click "Use Template" on a template to open the new task page. You can also choose "Add from Template" when adding a task, select a template, and click "Start Creating".
The new task page fills in the template configuration, which you can edit. For object parameters, first select specific objects you are authorized to access. Set an execution schedule, configure delivery and Outputs as needed, and save to create the task.
Edit or Delete a Template
Click "Edit Template", update the configuration, and save. Remove unused templates with "Delete Template". Editing or deleting a template does not affect tasks already created.
