Manage Space Usage

Space administrators can open "Usage" in the space information panel to view Credit consumption and concurrency. It contains "Usage and Billing", "Concurrent Tasks", and "Concurrency Configuration".

Usage and Billing: Shows Credit usage for the billing cycle and itemized records with consumption time, type, consumer, and Credit amount. The current billing cycle is shown by default.

Concurrent Tasks: Shows active conversations and waiting tasks in the space. Active conversations include running conversations and completed ones whose concurrency has not yet been released. Work items and automated tasks share one quota. When capacity is insufficient, only workflows and system-triggered automated tasks can queue; ordinary work items, IM group chats, and continued conversations must be retried later.

Concurrency Configuration: Adjust the space's total available concurrency. Enable "Allocate by Task Type" to set separate limits for work items and automated tasks.
