Manage Workflow Templates

Workflow templates define steps in advance, including who executes each step and whether an owner must review it. In Workflow Templates under space information, you can create, edit, import, export, or delete templates.

Edit a template: Enter a name and description, then add steps individually or provide a process description and use AI Generation to draft them. Each template supports up to 20 steps.

When the executor is a member, the step is marked Human Processing and needs no separate owner. When the executor is a Digital Worker, you can assign a member as the owner for human review when needed. In a Digital Worker's step description, use / to reference Skills and app connections available to the role or enterprise.

Before saving, check each step's inputs, processing requirements, outputs, and acceptance criteria.

Delete a template: Deletion cannot be undone, but it does not affect work items already created.

Work item linkage: A work item analyzes the goal before generating a work plan. Manual Work Plan Review determines whether the owner must confirm the generated plan: when enabled, confirmation is required before continuing; when disabled, execution continues directly.
