Search across Enterprise Knowledge Bases

If you do not know which Enterprise Knowledge Base contains a resource, switch the search scope from "Knowledge Bases" to "Knowledge" and enter keywords. The "Location" in each result helps distinguish same-named resources and their directories.

View change records

Open a knowledge item in an Enterprise Knowledge Base and select "Change Records" to see who updated it, when, and an "AI Change Summary". Records track updates but do not retain historical document versions.

When change records are disabled, only basic change information and "Quick Enable" appear. Enabling applies to all Markdown and TXT knowledge in the current Knowledge Base. Disabling later preserves existing records.

You cannot edit or replace knowledge while AI is generating a change summary or the file is being parsed.
