The knowledge home page organizes frequently used resources into four views: Recently Opened, My Favorites, Enterprise Trending, and Shared by Me. Click a card to open its details. Add frequently used knowledge to favorites or add it to a chat as context.

The knowledge home page has four tabs based on how resources are used:

Recently Opened, My Favorites, Enterprise Trending, and Shared by Me. Recently Opened shows up to the latest 100 records. Enterprise Trending shows the 100 most popular enterprise knowledge items for the current month. Each list supports searching by knowledge name and filtering or sorting by available fields such as Knowledge Base, creator, type, or time.
