View Parsing and Status
After a resource is added, the system automatically parses it by extracting text, recognizing charts, and transcribing audio. Status progresses from "Waiting" to "Parsing" to "Success / Failed".
| Status | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Waiting | Queued; not yet started | Wait a few seconds to a few minutes |
| Parsing | Content is being extracted | Large files may take several minutes |
| Success | Available to reference with @ in Chats | Ready to use |
| Failed | Parsing encountered an error | Click "Continue Parsing" to retry. If it fails again, check for file corruption or an unsupported format |
If resources fail to parse, the bottom of the list shows the failure count. Click "Retry All" to retry them together. Retries run in the background, so status updates may be delayed.
i
Referencing a resource with `@` before parsing finishes may produce "I could not find the content" or "The resource is being prepared." Wait for "Success" before using it.
