View and Update Account Information

View your account identity

Account Information shows your current username, tenant ID, and user ID. Use these identifiers to confirm your workspace when troubleshooting account or tenant issues.

Maintain your profile

Click your avatar or name to update it. Under Personal Information, click Edit and fill in Your Products/Services and About Me to save work-related background that helps Digital Workers understand your business and collaboration preferences.

Change your password

If you sign in with a username and password, click Change Password in Account Information, enter your old password and the new password twice, then confirm. Sign in again after the password is changed successfully.
