Manage Share Records

Find shared content

In Personal Settings → Share Management, find shared records by content type.

Category	Content
Chats/Tasks	Shared Chats and tasks.
Outputs	Shared Output files.

Search by name within the current category to narrow the results. Records show Name, Sharing Scope, Viewers/Views, and Most Recent Share Time. Viewers/Views indicates the number of people who viewed the content followed by the total number of views; repeat visits by the same person increase the view count.

Inspect settings and disable sharing

Use View Share Settings to inspect a record's sharing configuration, or copy its share link for others. To revoke access, disable sharing for that record. Others can no longer access it through the original link afterward.

Disable All Shares applies to records in the current category. Before proceeding, confirm whether Chats/Tasks or Outputs is selected.
