Review and Adopt Generated Results

Choose an Adoption Method

Select Request Adoption to review and confirm changes before applying them in each round. With Adopt for Me, additions and changes are adopted automatically, while suggested deletions still require manual review.

Both methods update only the draft. Validation and publication are still required after adoption.

Review Candidate Definitions

Open View Details in the ontology assistant. Review candidates under All, New, Changed, and Suggested Deletions, including their details and complete YAML.

Check object meanings, attributes, relationships, and reference scope before deciding what to adopt. Compare changes to existing definitions with their previous versions. For suggested deletions, check whether the definitions are still used by the business.

Continue Reviewing After Adoption

Select the candidates you need and click Adopt to apply them to the draft. Discard candidates you do not want. After adoption, check Data Mapping and use Validate and Publish to make the definitions effective.

New messages sent to the ontology assistant are queued while changes await adoption. Handle the current candidates before starting the next round of adjustments.
