Use Extended Properties
Extended properties define attributes without requiring physical storage. For example, add a Tags property to the Customer object type to record each customer's tags. Add it under the Extended Properties section of object type property editing, then update values through Chat-based object property changes.
Structured and unstructured storage
Choose a storage method when adding an extended property. Structured Storage writes values to database fields. Unstructured Storage creates a separate resource directory per object, allowing multiple notes and files under one property.

Use Structured Storage for data involved in filtering, statistics, or calculations, such as customer tiers, opportunity stages, contract amounts, and expected signing dates. Use Unstructured Storage for business background, longer text, or files, such as renewal follow-ups, customer feedback, project risks, proposals, and meeting notes.
In Semantic Center > Object Graph, select an object type and add an extended property with Unstructured Storage. Enter its name and description, save, and publish the graph. For example, add Renewal Materials to Opportunity to hold progress updates, objections, and related files.
After configuration, business users maintain these resources in Chat using natural language:

@某商机，把刚才上传的续约方案保存到续约材料中。Notes can be added, edited, or deleted; files can be added or deleted. The position previews changes and executes only after confirmation. Reading requires object row-level and property column-level permissions; modifying also requires Modify Object permission.
