Edit or Disable Tasks
Edit an existing automated task when its goal, execution time, or intended use of results changes. Disable tasks that do not need to run for now and restore them later.
Edit a Task
Under "Automated Tasks → My Tasks → Created by Me", click a task card to open the edit page. Change any configuration and click "Confirm" to apply it. The new configuration takes effect on the next run and does not rewrite historical execution records. Conversations in historical records still use the Digital Workers and configuration from that run. If a worker has been deleted or you no longer have permission to use it, you cannot continue that record's conversation.
Saving edits enables the task. If it should remain disabled, return to the task list and turn off its switch.
Disable and Restore Tasks
Turn off the task card's switch to pause future runs triggered by its execution schedule. Disabling retains the configuration, historical execution records, and existing Outputs, and does not directly stop runs already in progress. Disabled tasks can still be run manually.
Turn the switch back on to restore the task. Scheduled tasks resume at the next scheduled time after restoration; missed runs during the disabled period are not automatically replayed.
Tasks distributed to you are configured centrally by the distributor. Enable or disable your own task under "Distributed to Me". See Distribute Automated Tasks.
