Create and Organize Spaces
Create a collaboration space
In the space list, click "Create Collaboration Space", enter a name and goal, optionally choose an icon, and select members. Describe the collaboration context and desired outcome, such as "Win a specific customer, from advancing the opportunity to preparing bid materials." Conversations and tasks in the space reference this goal.
Select one to three Digital Workers. They determine which position Skills and enterprise knowledge are available in the space.
Next, configure the semantic data available in the space, or "business scope". Select a core object type, such as Customer, then choose specific objects relevant to the space's goal, such as the customer your team wants to win. You can select only objects the space creator has permission to read.
Directly related objects, such as a customer's opportunities and contracts, and Analysis Views are selected by default. Add or remove them as needed. For each object type, select which "Properties" to include to narrow the data fields visible in the space.
The data actually available is the intersection of the configured scope and the creator's current Data Permissions. Only objects and properties the creator can access are selectable. If the creator later loses access, the corresponding data also becomes unavailable in the space without reconfiguring it.
Organize the space list
As your space list grows, organize it into groups. Three system groups are provided: "Pinned", "Managed by Me", and "Joined by Me". Spaces without a manually assigned group are placed automatically based on pin status and management permissions.
Hover over a space and open "More Actions" to pin or unpin it, edit basic information, or move it to a group. Administrators can also dissolve the space. The "Move to Group" popover lists existing groups and offers "Remove from Current Group" and "New Group". Creating a group also moves the current space into it.
Use "Group Management" to reorder sidebar groups by dragging, or rename and delete custom groups. "Pinned" always stays first. Deleting a group returns its spaces to their default system groups; it does not delete the spaces.
Groups organize only your own space list and do not affect members or Data Permissions.
Dissolve a space
Only the space creator can dissolve a space, and this cannot be undone. Dissolving deletes group collection tasks, automated tasks, resources, and Outputs, and stops running tasks.
