Manage Space Tasks and Outputs
Space automated tasks work like personal tasks, with a narrower selection scope: Digital Workers must belong to the space, @ objects must be within its business scope, / Skills include group, position, and enterprise Skills, and push channels are limited to linked channel bots.
All space members can create tasks. Tasks have Private, Collaborative, or Public visibility, which their execution records and Outputs inherit without separate authorization. The space creator can view and manage all tasks in the space.
Select a Task Type
"Free Exploration" suits work that requires independent planning; "Workflow" suits work that follows a predefined process. For a Workflow, select one or more Workflow Templates or leave the selection empty. If specified, goal analysis and work planning select only from those templates; not every selected template needs to be used.
Filter space Outputs by "Work Item" or "Task", and navigate from an Output to its source. Visibility depends on the associated work item or task. All members within that scope can edit, delete, download, and forward the Output, regardless of who generated it.
Open a task execution record to enter the corresponding work item and view "Basic Information", "Run Details", and "Outputs". Continue collaborating in that work item when you need to add information or process the results further.
Files generated by tasks appear in the space's "Outputs" by default. Configure additional synchronization to "Space Resources" or an "Enterprise Knowledge Base" using either "Copy" or "Add Link". Copies do not receive later updates; linked files update automatically when the original is edited.
Existing space Outputs can also be added individually to Space Resources or submitted to an Enterprise Knowledge Base, using the same actions as personal Outputs.
