The Event Center defines business changes worth monitoring as events that automated tasks can subscribe to. Create events from semantic-object changes or IM message activity, then verify trigger results in Occurrence Records.

Choose the event type, business scope, and conditions to monitor.

View Event Occurrence Records

Confirm when events occurred and whether related tasks subscribed to them.

Adjust General Settings

Use “Configure” in the upper-right corner of the Event List to adjust the periodic check interval for semantic events and the retention period for occurrence records. The current version supports periodic interval checks only. IM message activity continues to be processed in real time and is unaffected by that interval.
