Reuse Outputs

WinNexo Outputs can be reused as input for a new chat:

Add to Your Personal Knowledge Base

Select Add as Personal Knowledge from the Output file's actions. Once saved to your personal Knowledge Base, it can be referenced with @ in later chats. For Outputs related to specific customers, contracts, or other business objects, select the relevant objects under Related Objects to retain the connection between the resources and business objects.

There are two ways to add an Output:

Method	Behavior	Best For
Add Link	Continues to sync edits from the original file	Resources that need ongoing updates, such as weekly or daily reports
Copy	Keeps the content as it was when added; later edits do not sync	Final quarterly reviews or customer analyses at a specific point in time

Submit to the Enterprise Knowledge Base

When an Output is valuable to the entire organization, submit it to the enterprise Knowledge Base to share it:

• Add it directly to directories where you have write permission
• Directories without write permission require approval
• After approval, colleagues and Digital Workers with access can reference it
