Understand This Capability
The Personal Knowledge Base and Enterprise Knowledge Base are the two parts of WinNexo's knowledge system:
| Dimension | Personal Knowledge Base | Enterprise Knowledge Base |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | Only you | Available to the organization or designated Digital Workers after approval |
| Management | Freely add, delete, and edit | Managed by the Knowledge Base creator, authorized administrators, and Knowledge Base super administrators |
| Usage | @ personal knowledge in a chat | Referenced by Digital Workers by default, without a manual @ |
| Typical Uses | Personal materials, temporary resources, private notes | Company SOPs, product manuals, industry reports |
You can submit resources from your personal Knowledge Base to the enterprise Knowledge Base. After administrator approval, they become available to everyone, turning personal knowledge into a team resource.
