Continue based on your goal

Positions
Position management creates enterprise work partners and configures the objects, knowledge, Business Logic, Analysis Views, and IM Channels they can use. After creation, authorize resources so each position can work within the intended scope.
Semantic Center
The Semantic Center organizes enterprise data structures, business relationships, and calculation definitions into knowledge AI can understand and use. Typically, create an Object Graph, then add Business Logic and Analysis Views. Publish reviewed changes so positions query and analyze using consistent definitions.
Event Center
The Event Center defines meaningful business changes as events that automated tasks can subscribe to. Create events from semantic object changes or IM activity, then inspect occurrence records to verify triggers.
Knowledge Bases
Enterprise Knowledge Bases centralize approved resources and control access for positions and members. Administrators create bases, connect sources, manage synchronization and submission approvals, and authorize appropriate positions to use the knowledge.
Capability Center
The Capability Center manages enterprise Skills and app connections. Skills capture reusable working methods; app connections access external services. Switch between the two tabs to publish, enable or disable, and configure authorization.
Evaluation Center
The Evaluation Center uses reusable cases, criteria, and facts to assess position responses. Session scanning also finds semantic issues across real conversations. Prepare evaluation data, run evaluations, and inspect reports. Use diagnosis for individual issues or create a session scan for issues across conversations.
Platform Management
Platform Management covers organization members, permissions, IM, usage, data sources, and operational settings. Configure the organization and users first, then permissions and data access by business scope. Use usage and record pages to monitor ongoing operation.
System Management
System Management is available only to the system operations tenant or authorized customer operations personnel. It covers tenants, system users, licensing and billing, authentication and security, models, and monitoring. Ordinary organization administrators do not see this entry.
